HEAT SHRINK TERMINATIONS & JOINTS

TRANSEAL heat shrink Cable accessories up to 66KV are used the world over with wide range of designs, and the products manufactured are from cross link materials which will provide versatile solutions. Each tube has its own special characteristic. With the use of stress grading mastic and stress control tube the equipotential lines are harmonized and placing the anti tracking tube would finish a termination, whereas a joint completed by use of a dual/triple  layer tube ( insulating / semiconducting) and an adhesive thick-walled tube to restore outer jacket. Constant technological and material development to reduce the necessary kit components needed to complete a joint or termination for ease of installation. Few kit sizes cover a wide cross section range to minimize inventory values, with unlimited shelf life under normal storage conditions. TRANSEAL Cable accessories are strictly manufactured as per IS / IEC / DIN Specifications.

COLD SHRINK TERMINATIONS & JOINTS

TRANSEAL Cold shrink Cable accessories up to 66KV are made of track resistant, integral Hi K stress control silicon rubber insulators, which are pre stretched around a coiled plastic core. Core removal allows the cable termination assembly to shrink down and seal down onto prepared cable phase insulation and cable lug barrel surfaces , offering constant pressure, void free, tight durable seal, for a wide range of indoor, outdoor Terminations and Straight Through joints.

TOUCH PROOF TERMINATIONS

TRANSEAL Touch proof terminations are suitable for Transformer, Switch-gear connections, HT Motors & other applications. The Touch Proof Termination kit (T Connectors or Screened Connectors or Elbow connector) are compatible with Type “C” Bushing (designed as per EN standard 50180) & are used with solid dielectric cables (XLPE, EPR or PVC) up to 36kV.

GIS PLUG IN TYPE TERMINATIONS

TRANSEAL  GIS plug-in cable termination for XLPE insulted 1-core or 3-core cable with Cu or Al conductor. GIS Plug in terminations are suitable for gas insulated switchgear, ring main units, circuit breakers and sealing boxes.
